The Japanese phrase omakase (おまかせ) translates to "I leave it up to you" or "to entrust". Omakase Is a Japanese Dining Experience where the Chef controls the meal while the customer leaves the menu selection to the chef.

Our Omakase Coffee Experience revolves around the same principals with a curated coffee menu designed by the master Barista to best show their brewing skIlls, knowledge, and creativity. Due to risk of over-caffeination, your drinks will be in smaller sizes and lower coffee/caffeine doses in order for you to enjoy a range of diverse coffees throughout the experience.

The Brew Master will guide you along as you learn about and taste some of the world’s finest coffees brewed in various ways in a highly intimate, 4-seat setting.

What To Expect:

We will be sourcing incredible coffees from some of the most talented and respected roasters around the globe, as well as providing our own unique roasted coffee. Most if not all of the coffees will be frozen in time to preserve the absolute best in the beans for you to taste and experience.

You’ll get to taste a wide variety of brew methods including Connor’s favorite high extracting/high flowing pour over recipe that has taken him years to tweak and perfect. You’ll taste espresso unlike most have had before, utilizing knowledge from years of experimentation and pushing the limits on what coffee and extraction is capable of, and tasting how it transcends typical milk-based espresso beverages. Alongside other brew methods and a variety of the world’s tastiest coffees, you’ll experience the taste and benefits of using state-of-the-art equipment such as a Titus + SSP modded EK43 grinder, slow feeding/single dosing the finest micron ground coffee on the Bentwood, and pulling shot profiles without limit on the world-renowned Decent espresso machine.

Also included are some fun surprises that may include coffee roasting, educational literature for you to take home, as well as single-dosed frozen coffee beans for you to either begin or improve your Frozen Coffee Vintaging Cellar to store and later brew at home for those very special occasions.

Each sale is for 2 tickets, or $59/person. We currently do not sell individually since we only seat 4 people per event. However, if you’d like us to contact you about potential openings for single ticket sales, let us know via email.

Cancellations made 48 hours or less before your booked event will be subject to a rebooking fee of $50.

Cancellations made via email to connor@pitstopcoffeeco.com sooner than 48 hours before an appointment will be processed without penalty.
