This is meant to be a flavor guide for your coffee, but only after you’ve brewed a cup or two! We like to keep flavor descriptions on our bags vague, which leaves room for you to explore the tastes, textures, and aromas of our complex coffees on a more personal level.

Across the world, countries have their own definition of flavors through local foods or ingredients with flavors unknown to the rest of the world. I first tasted Lychee through coffee, and now every time I taste the fruit, I think back to that wonderful anaerobic Colombian coffee produced by Diego Bermudez! Use your imagination and open up your flavor memory. We hope something will surprise you, and we definitely hope you’ll taste something we didn’t even think of before!
